Hi guys...  New to forums here.

Just picked up my first propane smoker yesterday (Masterbuilt 2-door).  These forums were a huge help when researching what to buy.

I am located just outside Toronto (Waterloo, ON).

I am sure these forums will continue to be invaluable as I continue to learn more about 'smoking'.
