Hello all, my name is Mason and I just became a member yesterday. I am still a novice smoker but thoroughly enjoy trying(and drying out), whatever meat and concoction I can. I currently reside in New Orleans and have a charbroil smoker with side box with 1060 sq in, her name is Hummer. I'm excited to gain some knowledge from the community here and appreciate the opportunity to learn from you ladies and gentlemen.
