I'm Jeff from south central PA. I use your website quite a bit for recipes and other smoking info. I love to make pulled pork and briskets.  I use an old Brinkman Smoke N Pit Professinal, about 25 years old ( about worn out ). The reason I joined your forum is to find info on how to make dried beef. LOVE DRIED BEEF !  Thanks for having me!  Jeff
