Hi I'm new to this forum. I am from Washington State. My smoker is a basic one.

1. Terracotta Planter with 18" opening, 1.Terracotta Dome with 18" opening (lid), 1. hot plate 1 pan to hold the woodchips, 1 round great toput meat on. 1 thermomter to put in the hole of the dome.

I am looking for a real smoker. Reading up on all the different ones.

I live in Ferndale.
Well, boy Howdy.... I lived in Fernberg for about 10 years... 2 different places... Bellingham for 45 and now Omak for the last 7.....    Small world.....    You might put that in your community profile for folks to see.... could help in the future on smoking conditions knowing where you are from....  Temperature, humidity, snow etc....  Dave
