Hi folks. Glad I found this forum. I belonged to the old BBQ Digest on Usenet decades ago. Started smoking with a wood-fired Brinkman Pro, then an electric Bradley, a Traeger, now a MasterBuilt electric with a smoke generator. So I've ruined more than my share of dinners over the years but had tremendous success as well. New to sausage, however, so that's where my current interests lie.

Welcome to Smoking Meat.
This site is a WEALTH of knowledge on sausage making without the drama of other sites.

Welcome to the best forum around! You really did find the best place, filled with the best people to learn from. Glad to have you here!
