I am from northern MN.   My wife and I live on beautiful Woman Lake.  I just bought a large Big Green Egg at the St. Paul eggfest and I am trying to learn to cook on it.  So far we have done wonderful mushroom caps, baby back ribs, and yesterday the chicken thighs and drumsticks were very flavorful and moist.  Pizza and steak next.
