As my 24 year military career is wrapping up, I bought myself a Christmas/retirement gift - the Char Griller Texas Trio Smoker. I followed several threads here and on New Year's Day I smoked a 10 pound brisket for 10 hours at 240 degrees and it came out fantastic - I'm hooked. I look forward to learning more.
