New member in Tennessee by way of Illinois. Moved here in June 2015 to be closer to family. Retired Firefighter with 36 years of service. Started with an electric smoker for a year then went to a gas smoker to be able to smoke later in the year. Sold both when we moved then bought 44inch gas smoker from SAMs club when we got settled . Have been using several recipes from Smoking Meats and they all have turned out great. Thanks to everyone for al the information you put on the site . Jim
