Hi to all! New guy, here...been smoking a few years with a modified ECB, and just received a Camp Chef Woodwind (with sear box) as a birthday present for my 60th! I’ve smoked wings, split chickens, pork steaks and chops, shoulders, and spare ribs. Looking forward to my first brisket, some salmon, and some walleye with my new pellet grill!

Welcome!

I joined a couple of days ago - there's an incredible amount of knowledge already published to the site if you go looking for it, and the members are always more than willing to answer any questions.

Enjoy!

Thanks to all! Looking forward to some carefree smoking...though it IS quite satisfying to spend an afternoon tending the coals and enjoying a few cold ones!

Welcome to the site. I'm a recent escapee from the People's Republic of New York to North Carolina living in Pinnacle (western Stokes County). It looks like we're about an hour from each other. Please consider joining the NC group here. It's not very active but it would make it easier to get in touch with NC members.

What part of Yankeeland did you escape from?
