Hey ya, new to the group but not smoking meat. I’ve lurked around here for several years but just now joined. I am however newish to doing summer sausage and meat sticks and stuff of that sort. I just received the Sausage Maker’s 30 lb. Red Roof Digital Country Style Smoker just for that purpose. Looking forward to this new hobby.
