Hi Everyone,

My name is Matt and I'm from SE Wisconsin. I work in Telecom doing radio/microwave/fiber/etc work and enjoy cooking when I have time! I'm a happy owner of a Camp Chef Woodwind Pellet grill w/Searbox and have been lurking the site for a while! I will eventually move to another style cooker, but wanted something for my new house that could do it all without baby sitting, so I started went with the pellet grill. The pellet grill makes it too easy! Here are a couple of pics of my cooks, I've done a good number of baby backs (using Als method), one 9lb brisket flat, a couple of pork butts, burgers, steaks, chops, sausages, and pizzas. I plan on hitting the butcher this weekend to pick up some goods, stay tuned!

Welcome from a part-time Wisconsonite. My family has had a cabin on Golden Lake, near Oconomowoc, for over 100 years. It's still a one-season unheated cabin, even though all the other cabins have been torn down and replaced with castles. Even though I live in CA, WI is still my favorite state.

That's really cool! It's a great area, my wife and I just got married in oconomowoc last weekend!
