New to smoking but after visiting my daughter I just had to have a smoker of my own. I have a Masterbuilt 30 and with the help of this form I did 321 ribs yesterday and they were great. So far I have done pulled pork (twice), salmon and pork loin. I have been thinking about doing some chicken but my Beer Can Chicken on the BBQ comes out so good I do not know if I want to switch. I am wondering what beef some of you do in the smoker?, and the rub you would use.

Hello and welcome to SMF! I've done a couple briskets and beef ribs (used a coffee rub from a fellow forum member) which was outstanding.

Would you mind updating your profile to include your location?

Thanks!
