I am a new member on this forum. I live in Northern California and have a propane smoker. I have my smoked salmon recipe and brisket recipe fine tuned. I joined to get new recipes and get some tips on smoking meats and fish. I am interested in making pastrami, meatloaf, pulled pork and expanding my fish recipes beyond salmon. It may be obvious from my username I am a die-hard Cubs fan and enjoy hoppy IPAs. Thanks,
