Looking forward to learning more about smoking meat.  I've got my dad's old great outdoors smoky mountain charcoal smoker...learning more every time I use it.  Maintaining temps has been a task.  Tempted to splurge for a WSM soon.  Anyway great to find the site; enjoy the memorial weekend!
