Just wanted to say hello. I've been lurking for a few weeks and decided it was time to join and say hello. I have a char-griller 50/50 with side fire box I have been learning on. I've had it for about 10 years now and just started using the SFB recently. I bought a 22.5" WSM that arrived yesterday. I put it together last evening and did a test run without any meat last night to clean up any residues leftover from manufacturing.
I'm looking forward to picking up as much knowledge as I can here. This site is great!
