hey, my name is Ryan and i'm 28 years old. i've been grilling my whole life but just started smoking over the winter when i friends gave me an old nasty char-broil offset smoker he was going to throw away. i cleaned it up and did all the mods to it, used it a few times. now i have a bar-b-chef offset that i bought on craigslist last week and the best part is it came with a bbq guru competitor. i've already read a lot of great stuff on SMF just lurking around and i'm pumped to learn more and post some pics.
