New member First "real" smoker

Long time lover of q and now have a grill worthy of some fine meat.  I have a Smoke Hollow Model 47180T that I really like for it's versatility of being gas or charcoal.  Just been doing grilling mainly but going for a smoked pork loin tomorrow.
