Hey everyone!
My name is Jon from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. This site is great, I've been lurking for awhile and decided to get a bit more active. While relatively new to cooking BBQ, it's something I genuinely love to do. I cook on a GMG pellet smoker (I know some people aren't big fans of pellet smokers, but I'm having a good time) and a Webber Smokey Mountain cooker.
I like to tinker with rubs, injections, marinades and all that fun stuff, and I'm always looking for new (for me) ways of getting my smoke on.
