new kid from Chi town wonting to get in to smoking . i love to grill and making my drunken chickens. but would like to get in to smoking. I'm a do it yourself type of guy. so I'm going to build my own small electric smoker.I have an idea but Any other input would be nice. a little about myself. big metal head, love music, working on cars and food, especially meat. or Any thing what used to breath.

Have you tried the Patio BBQ? And we used to love having breakfast at Blueberry Hill. Culver's has the best burgers anywhere. IBEW Local 176 Joliet, the best union in Illinois.
