hello all,

been grilling for a few years with very good results.  i slow cook bbq ribs and want to try smoking.   just got a masterbuilt 7-n-1.  picked it due to versatility and it was free through my works award system. (hyundai aint a bad company).  

im about to use it for the first time on wednesday for some beef ribs.    any suggestions would be great.
