New in Northern California

Built a Ugly Drum Smoker last fall and have really enjoyed the art and science of smoking meats. Ribs and tri-tip have been the greatest successes so far. Trying Brisket this weekend and looking forward to an amazing season of smoking and learning from this great group of people. Cheers!!!
