Hey everyone im live in MN and am new to this whole smoking thing. As of now i will be doing my smoking on a brinkmamm gourmet charcoal smoker. From my research i have found that these need some mods in order to work decently. Any input on smoker or smoking tips in general would be much appreciated. Thanks and im excited to get smoking!!
