New here in NC. We have an electric smoker, a PitBoss, and a Backwoods Smoker. I use primarily the electric while my husband uses all three. Can’t wait to read all the tips and tricks. I currently have two butts in the smoker because we are hosting about 30 family members. I’m putting on chicken quarters later.
