Ive been trying different BBQ in all the town's I visited...

We have a Town Legend Bone Daddy that gave me some tip's on Cooking a Pig for my wedding reception turned out great..

Im getting all my gear around and going to start smoking this weekend.

Trousersnake welcome to the forums. You will not be disappointed and will find all sorts of help. I attended a a class in Midland where Billy Bones himself was the guest speaker. Not only did we have good food we had a great discussion. Many of his ideas we incorporated at dinner for 200. I think I am still burping smoke flavor from the meal we had going on few months now lol. Bone Daddys sample platter I stop and git everytime I go to the casino. You will also see there is a good amount smokers here from Michigan.
