Hello ladies and gentlemen. New guy here from Florida. I've not smoked anything yet but I've been dehydrating/making jerky for years. I seen those forums on here. I've been curious about smoking and researching for a while now so I decided to give it a shot. I live in a small apartment so I went with a Weber Jumbo Joe to use for grilling/smoking.
