New here and wanted to introduce myself. I'm in Canada and will soon be getting a vertical charcoal smoker. I've been doing smoking on my propane grill for a few months and loved that. So I can't wait to get more in depth! Any tips or pointers you friendly people can provide would be greatly appreciated!
