Greetings, thanks for letting me I'm. I use a 20 year old new braunfels that I just recently had to replace the fire box on. I probably smoke 300-400 pound of pork loin a year. I have recently begun welding, and of course I want to build a bigger better smoker. Not sure of a design yet. I have a couple of 55g gallon drums and a250 gallon propane tank.....woot woot!
