Hi All!
I took delivery of a Yoder YS640 today after seeing one in action at a friend's house, and doing much research on this and other sites.
I've lived in Southern CA between LA and San Diego for 27 years and am originally from Philadelphia. I've got some cooking skills, but am new to BBQ and smoking with this type of equipment.
I've received a great deal of information from this site and hope someday to attain a skill level where I can help others as well.
