Hello all, I'm recently new to smoking. Smoked my first 5 racks of ribs and a whole chicken on the Fourth of July on a rented Lang 48" and loved it. I bought a Oklahoma joes highland smoker. I live in coastal South Carolina and can't wait to start a new hobby!!!
