My name in Andy.  Im from South Bend Indiana (GO IRISH).  Ive been smoking for a couple years now but to tell you the truth i dont really know w.  What im doing, Thats why i joined here I need to up my game.  I have a cheap electric smoker but dont really use that to much.  I normally use my Weber.  Im interested in learning allot more about how to smoke, sauces, rubs and whatever else there is to learn.  Im very glad to be part of this site and look forward to learning from all of you.
