I just discovered this Group, and I’m glad to see a good Canadian contingent.
I myself hail from Southern Ontario, Burlington to be exact, and would call myself an enthusiastic amateur at this smoking stuff. I have Grilled for years and wanted to “Up my game” so to speak. My Smoker is a Broil King Vertical Propane model that I’m slowly gaining control of. Each attempt has been better than the previous. The last batch was about 4 kg of Salmon, that turned out Great. The reason I managed to get a Smoker in the first place was the wife LOVES Smoked Salmon. Anyway, I’m looking forward to following the Canadian take on things.
Now, where did I leave my beer?
