Hello from the great state of Pennsylvania. My name is Joe and I'm glad I finally joined this forum. I've been browsing this forum for several years and I can always find answers here. I've been smoking for a while now and finally got my smoker running great. Using a masterbilt electric smoker but it has been altered so it works. Gutted the electronics, added dixell digital temp control, 1000w element, circulation fan, external smoke generator. Now that it's all figured out I need a bigger one! Thanks for having me here.
