new guy, smoking a pork loin, should i have water in the pan/

    water or no? pork loin on my wsm.. thanks! awesome site!

    Welcome DetroitRock! :welcome:
    I have a mini WSM and we all use ours no water every time. Water creates a moist environment and brings down smoker temps. It also boils at 212f so you consistently have to fill it on long smokes. Check this link for more info to help you on your pork loin.
