Hey everyone, I am pretty new to the smoking game. I can do a few things, Ribs, poppers, wings.....but that is about as far as I have gotten. I have a Brinkman Barrel smoker with an offset firebox. Although I am not the best charcoal/wood fired smoker, I like it quite a bit.

I am from Southeast, NE.
