Joined today. I'm in SE South Dakota. In Mitchell, home of the Corn Palace. 

 Bought my Bradley smoker about a tear ago from local Cabelas. Have the cold smoker attachment for lox and cheese. Pulled a pork belly out yesterday, (snowing) and it's the best baco I have ever eaten. Costco In Sioux Falls had the bellys at 2.99
