Hello all. Name is David. I have loved to grill for as long as I can remember and finally decided to buy a smoker. I bought a Bradley 6 rack smoker. I know it's not a traditional wood smoker, which I still intend to get at some point, but I can set the temp, and timer and walk away. Exactly what I need with my lifestyle. The food that I have smoked, wings, ribs, bacon explosion, mac n cheese, brats, burgers, have turned out really good. Not as much smoke flavor as I have gotten with an offset smoker, but it was good.

I'm hoping to learn from the more experienced smokers here, no matter the type of smoker that is used.

Hello David, welcome to the forum, post some pictures of your next smoke.
