Hello everyone. Name's Matt, and I'm new to the forum and to smoking. I live in CA but work in Afghanistan most of the year so my new found desire for smoking is coming from pure starvation and cravings of real food. I own a good 'ol Weber dome bbq and am thinking about getting a WSM for my first smoker. Not only do I enjoy cooking/bbq, but I also consider myself somewhat of a beer enthusiast that dabbles in everything from Bud Light to Pliny the Elder. Hope to learn a little bit here.
