Hey everybody,

I must already be addicted to all this smoking stuff cause I've never joined any kinda forum. I'm VERY new to smoking. Just got my first one a few months ago. It's a char-broil offset, I think its called a midget (very small). Only tried it twice, two fatties & a few dozen ABT's, just now finding the hot spots. I just wanted to post & say you guys are OFF THE HOOK!!! Thanks for all the great q-views & recipes
