Just signed up today but have been reading for a few weeks. A couple months ago picked up a Masterbuilt  portable propane smoker at Sams Club half off so I'm finally smoking. I live in Utah. I have a turkey, whole chicken and right now am trying out some chicken thighs. I fish now and then so I got some alder chips to try when I pick up a few fat trout.
