Hello everyone! I am new to this forum, But I am not new to "Smokin" I was very fortunate to cook in my first competition last week! we were able to get into the "Shade Tree" competition at the "Jack" !! It was so much fun !! but a lot of work !! I am hoping to cook in some more next year! Check out my "Jack Daniels Barrel Smoker" I works great !!
