Hello all, my name is Chris and I have been smoking meat candy for almost 30 years. I started building smokers a few years ago but mostly for me. I currently have 6 smokers from an old Ok Joe verticalto a 350 gal offset . Smoking is a passion more than a hobby. I also have a vault full of recipe's that are sure to please even the toughest of critics. I will post Pict of all my grills as quick as i can and please let me know what u think. It is a honor to be here
