Hello everyone! Shout out from Bedford Va. here. I've been a griller for awhile and just bought a Chargriller Super Pro 2121 with a SFB for a dedicated smoker. Just got finished doing all my mods to it (smoking chamber seal, chimney extention and awaiting for my pal to bend me up the expanded metal to make my basket out of,) and my probe thermometers to get in to get it seasoned and tuned. Lots of great information on this site and thanks for adding me to the group.

Hello and welcome to the forum, Be looking forward to hearing and seeing about your first smoke.

Good luck with your new unit. I have the chargriller outlaw that I also modded up. It's done some great Q. Takes a little while to learn, but stick with it. Practice on maintaining a hot, clean fire. It took me a few tries to learn. Again, good luck.
