New guy from the Blue Mountains

Hi all! I have looked at the site a time or two in the past and just the other day decided I need to join. My wife got me a grill for my birthday a year ago that had a smoke box to the side. Man was the first try a royal disaster!! But I have been trying things and figuring them out as I go!! I have smoked mostly fish and geese since I really started trying out the smoker this spring. I'm hooked!! Mostly I will be smoking wild game, fish and fowl. Making pepper snack sticks, jerky, summer sausage and sausage out of venison and goose. I think that's it for now. Let me know if I left anything out. Thanks
