I’m from Santa Clarita, CA, and I’m recently retired. I cook pretty much all our meals outside on one cooker or another. My kit ranges from Weber Kettles to a LSG pellet grill, an old Backwoods Smoker Patio model, a Blackstone griddle and a Blackstone rotisserie oven. Looking forward to learning from you all!
