Welcome from SC, Brian. This is a great site with lots of really good folks who are always eager to share their ideas and tips. All you have to do is ask and keep reading. If you have gotten Jeff's rub and sauce recipes, you are well on your way. They are very user friendly and can be easily modified to suit your individual taste.
