Hi all;

Just signed in and looking forward to learning a few things while I still can.  Been retired now for nearly 3 years and did all my previous outdoor cooking on a gas burner.  Received an ECB for Fathers Day last year and got hooked on smokin' the meats and veggies instead of cremating them.  So I have the modded ECB and just built the UDS that's used as my avatar. Looking to build a second UDS using a web available premade kit   (Don't know if commercial names violate policy)  and compare the quality of the home design/build to a commercial offering.  (Still trying to source good barrels around the Cleveland area if anyone cares to advise where I'd be much appreciative.)

That's it for now, gonna lurk around and prove I'm not a spammer/bot...
