I'm in to grilling and smoking all kinds of foods. I pride myself on being able to make anything and everything on a grill. Currently I just have an electric smoker, but I have a project in progress, of converting an old stainless steel commercial French door style fridge into a larger smoker with a bunch of racks and the ability to do sausage links on dowels ad well. I'm into sports, home theater systems, and good IPAs, stouts, and Micro/craft brews.
