Hello all. Name's Nick. Been wandering this forum for a few years finally decided to join! Been into smoking for say 5 years or so now. Currently rock a 18.5 wsm and a 22 kettle. Here's some bbq porn that i've got on my phone...
Last one there was before i got the wsm, used to use an 18 kettle. Worked but it was a ton of work monitoring temps.
Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself. Lookin forward to learnin somthin new!
