Hi All  My name is Mike I'm from Brighton Co. Just north of the Denver area. I've been smokin for a few years now. Started with a Masterbuilt propane smoker, then a Masterbuilt electric and finally sprung for a Cookshack, and I love it. Found Jeff's Smokin Meat book and then the forum, lookin forward to learnin more from the experts
