Eh there everyone.........let me tell u a little aboot myself (some humor for ya)

From the center of Canada, 1 hour North of US and Canadian border (2 hours North of Grand Forks).

Looking forward to learning lots from everyone on here and sharing some of my techniques and reciepes.

I love to smoke and BBQ.  Last few seasons been doing so on propane.  Looking to switch to electric smoker or move to coal.
